Each company is required to provide the following:

I.   A One-Sheet with the following information:

  • core focus
  • who pays for the solution
  • whose problem it solves
  • description of the business model (incorporating context like the product solution and how it addresses the problem)
  • competitive strategy
  • Basics (location, # of employees and year founded, management team, funding status [alpha, beta, etc.], existing partnerships and noted clients)
  • Company’s knowledge of the US regulatory system (i.e., which government agencies they have experience dealing with and how) 

II.  A 2-minute Value Proposition video (mpeg format), in which a member of the firm explains the following:

  • how their solution either complements a therapeutic or device/diagnostic, adds value, or could help a biopharma company or med-device firm develop a more holistic solution for patients, along with evidence of its effectiveness
  • Highlight a success or proof of concept to date
